Seven Ideas: A Survey of the Great Ideas in Science

The  is proud to host an open house program as part of the Reinhold and Margaret Kader Memorial Lecture Series.

Dr. Donald Driscoll, Associate Professor of Physics and Astronomy at the Ashtabula campus of Kent State University, will present a lecture titled "Seven Ideas: A Survey of the Great Ideas in Science."

"Seven Ideas that Shook the Universe" is the most popular course at Kent State University. This lecture will put each of these ideas into its historical context, explain how it came about, and assess each idea's impact on the way we think about time, space and matter.

After the lecture, the observatory will be open for viewing, weather permitting.

Event is free and open to the public; however, tickets are required and donations are always appreciated.
